EN • Time flies by so fast! It’s already mid-july and currently I am trying to do both: Getting my master thesis finished by the end of September and enjoying the summer with my loved ones to the fullest. Of course this is not an easy task. I always have the feeling that there is something that needs to be finished. While trying not to feel stressed by these thoughts I have a go at creating a healty balance between work, sports and time for fun activities. I believe that life should be lived so vividly that thoughts of another of longer life are not necessary. So, a “soon” should be changed into “now” more often before it becomes “never”. Of course, work and getting things done is equally important for self-fulfillment! I realized that everything is a matter of time management. So I am organizing myself in a way that I never have guilty feelings in my free time. Now, let’s talk about my flouncy, floral mini dress.

DE • Die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug! Es ist schon Mitte Juli und ich versuche momentan einige Dinge unter einen Hut zu bekommen: Einerseits steht die Abgabe meiner Masterarbeit steht Ende September an und andererseits ich möchte den Sommer genießen. Natürlich habe ich meinen Abgabetermin immer im Hinterkopf. Deshalb versuche ich eine gesunde Balance zwischen meiner Arbeit, meinem Sport und meiner Freizeit mit Freunden und Familie zu finden. Mit ist es wichtig, dass mein Leben auch in solchen Stresssituationen noch Spaß macht und ich immer wieder kleine Auszeiten bekomme. Diese Balance zu finden, ist eine Frage des Zeitmanagements.

EN • The floral flouncy mini dress I am wearing on the picture is one of my favorite picks this summer. I just love the floral print, the flounces and the color. Pink is one of my happy colors this season. Of course I would not want to wear it every day, but it makes me smile and glow every time I put it on.

DE • Dieses leichte, floral, flouncy Mini-Klein ist eines meiner absoluten Favoriten diesen Sommer. Ich liebe einfach alles an diesem Kleid: Den Blumen-Print, die knallige Farbe und die vielen Volants die bei jedem Schritt mit schwingen. Überhaupt habe ich Pink ein bisschen für mich entdeckt, natürlich würde ich es nicht jeden Tag tragen aber manchmal hat man einfach so “Girly-Moments” in denen das genau das richtige ist.
