EN • Let’s talk bags. Over the years the trend bag has become smaller and smaller. And now we see many fashionistas carring their baguette bag with pride!  It’s a comeback of an iconic design. At first I thought: What’s supposed to fit in there? But I have to say that I actually do like the fact of not carrying the world but only the important things in my bag. Going out with a small bag feels so much lighter. Don’t you think?

DE • Lasst uns über Taschen sprechen! Über die Jahre wurden die Trendtaschen kleiner und kleiner. 2021 tragen die Mädels ihre Baguette Bag mit Stolz –  es ist das Comeback eines ikonischen Designs! Zuerst dachte ich: was soll denn da rein passen? Allerdings muss ich sagen, es tut gut nicht mehr die Welt sondern nur die wesentlichen Dinge dabei zu haben. Irgendwie fühlt es sich leichter an, was meint ihr?

Essentials only: What’s in my Baguette Bag?

EN • In my mini bag you will find just the essentials: my phone, ID, keys and some loose cash. Depending on the occasion there can fit more: a lipstick, a (tiny bikini) or some papers. I love that small bags have a limit and mostly I think twice before I pack… and it it is not fitting, well then I’ll find another bag in my closet.

DE • In meiner Mini-Tasche findest du nur das Nötigste: mein Handy, Ausweis, Schlüssel und etwas Bargeld. Je nach Anlass können mehr hineinpassen: ein Lippenstift, ein (kleiner) Bikini oder ein paar Papiere. Ich liebe es, dass kleine Taschen eine Grenze haben und meistens denke ich zweimal nach, bevor ich packe… und wenn’s mal nicht passt, naja, dann finde ich eine ganz einfach andere Tasche in meinem Schrank.
