EN • Monochromatic outfits are trending right now. I have to say, that’s a trend I can get used to. To be honest, before that dressing in just one color had not really been on my agenda. But it totally makes sence! To me wearing a monochromatic look always bears some elegance and gosh, there are soooo many ways to style it.
DE • Einfarbige Outfits liegen voll im Trend, und ich muss sagen, dass ich mich daran gewöhnen könnte. Um ehrlich zu sein, hatte ich den Trend gar nicht wirklich auf dem Schirm – bis die Bilder der Ton in Ton Outfits durch die sozialen Netzwerke gingen. Aber ich finde, dass einfarbige Looks meistens einen tollen Effekt haben. Sie können je nach Farbe elegant, peppig oder total ausgefallen wirken und genau das mag ich an diesem Trend so sehr.
Let’s style a monochromatic look
EN • You can simply dress in a pink suit, combine some pink heels with it and (best case scenario) add pink sunglasses and you’re all set! – Remember that one post I shared, when I was trying to fight the winter grey with an all red look? No? Click here to refresh your memories! Today I am wearing a more elegant monochromatic outfit: the all brown look.
DE • Man kann den einfarbigen Look auf so viele unterschiedliche Art und Weisen kreieren. Einer meiner aktuellen Favoriten ist auch ein “All Pink Look”. Den kann man ganz einfach stylen: Nehmt einfach einen pinken Anzug, Einteiler oder ein Kleid, ein paar Sandalen in der gleichen Farbe und dann noch einer pinken Sonnenbrille als i-Tüpfelchen. Könnt ihr euch noch an das komplett rote Outfit erinnern, das ich letzten Winter gepostet habe, um die grauen Tage zu vertreiben? Nein? Dann könnt ihr hier nochmal klicken um die Erinnerungen aufzufrischen. Wie ihr seht, zeige ich heute eine etwas andere Version ganz in Brauntönen.
EN • For those of you who find brown too plain, pink too extreme: How about blue or green or purple? There are tons of options to style a monochromatic outfit. Some of them even involve a pair of denims and others don’t. Where I’m getting at is, that no matter what style you like, you can always find ways to make a monochromatic outfit yours! Well.. since I mentioned it earlier, here are some fab pieces to rock that all pink look.
DE • Für all diejenigen unter euch die Braun zu schlicht, und Pink zu extrem finden: Wie wäre es mit blau oder grün oder lila? Es gibt so viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, sich Ton in Ton zu stylen. Man könnte sogar auf Basis einer Jeans einen tollen einfarbigen Look erstellen. Was ich damit sagen will, es spielt keine Rolle ob ihr euch lieber elegant, sportlich oder leger kleidet, ein einfarbiges Outfit geht immer.
