I have to confess, that I always had a weak spot for tie dye pattern. I love it on pillows, croptops and dresses.
DE • Hat man dann einmal die richtigen Farben und Muster entdeckt, verleiht Batikmuster einen wunderschönen Sommervibe. Ich habe dieses Batikkleid bei H&M gefunden und mich sofort verliebt. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich immer eine Schwäche für Batikmuster hatte. Ich liebe es auf Kissen, kurzen Oberteilen und Kleidern.
EN • This might result from the fact that I loved to dye fabric myself when I was a kid. It’s so interesting that you can create so many different pattern, based on how you tie the fabric. Also every piece is unique and until you loose the knots, you don’t know how the dye turned out. Its a real suprise.
DE • Das kommt wahrscheinlich daher, dass ich als Kind schon gerne mit Batikfarben herumexperimentiert habe. Es ist so interessant, da man wirklich viele verschiedene Muster kreieren und mit verschiedenen Farben spielen kann. Außerdem ist jede Färbung einzigartig: Erst wenn man all die Knoten löst, weiß man, wie das Ergebnis aussehen wird. Es ist eine echte Überraschung!
