EN • These days I can not really tell if its hot or cold outside. At times the sun is shining but it is freezing or it’s cloudy but the temperature is quite high. So I invented my very own skirt and coat combination and created this mixed pattern look. (Don’t forget to put a pair of black tights in your handbag!)
DE • Zur Zeit kann ich manchmal nicht wirklich sagen, ob es jetzt nun eigentlich kalt oder warm draußen ist. Manchmal scheint die Sonne aber es ist klirrend kalt, und manchmal ist es super grau aber eigentlich relativ warm. Für solche Tage habe ich mir jetzt mal eine Lösung ausgedacht: Eine Kombination aus Rock und Mantel (und ja ich habe dann immer eine Strumpfhose in der Handtasche!)
How to create the mixed pattern look
EN • Cause I felt a little crazy that day I picket my beloved red-white pleated skirt and combined it with my blue-green checked coat. First I thought.. ok this is never going to look good since mixed pattern and mixed fabric often just looks weird, but as I had a look into the mirror I actually liked the look. In the end I searched through my shoes and jewellery and found a matching pair of heels, green earrings and a chic belt. And when you closely look at the pictures, you can see that the whole outfit even matches the background – I swear it was a coincidence!
DE • Als ich also ein bisschen herum probiert habe, kam dieser “mixed pattern” Look dabei heraus. Zuerst dachte ich, dass kann niemals gut aussehen, aber nach einem prüfenden Blick in den Spiegel fand ich das Outfit super. Also habe ich durch die “Schuh- und Schmuckabteilung” meines Kleiderschranks gestöbert um das Outfit noch ein wenig abzurunden. Ich habe sogar perfekt passende Stilettos, grüne Blumen-Ohrringe und einen tollen Gürtel dazu gefunden.
