EN • Sa Coma is a little sleepy village on the East Side of Mallorca. I especially love this side as it features many many small beaches with crystal clear water and white sand to discover. As there are many small villages you can definitely find a quiet spot away from the hustle. I discovered Mallorca by car (a separate post on all the spots I loved will follow) and was overwhelmed by the beauty of this island. During my eight days in Mallorca I stayed at the boutique hotel MIM Mallorca – here’s my full review.

DE • Sa Coma ist ein kleines, verschlafenes Dörfchen an der Ostküste von Mallorca. Ich mag diese Seite der Insel besonders da es hier viele kleine Buchten mit kristallklarem Wasser und weißem Sandstrand zu erkunden gibt. Es gibt viele kleine Dörfchen und somit kann man definitiv auch während der Sommermonate einen Ort finden um die Insel ganz in Ruhe, fern von den Massen zu genießen. Meinen achttägigen Aufenthalt habe ich im Boutique Hotel MIM Mallorca verbracht.

EN • One reason why we chose the Boutique Hotel MIM Mallorca was definitely the beautiful mallorquinin interior design. The hotel is brand new and has a very modern style. All this makes you instantly feel at home. We booked suite with a large bathroom and spacious living/sleeping area with an adjoining balcony. We had a perfect ocean view from our sofa and the balcony. In general, this hotel features smaller and as well as larger rooms such as a master suite . This one has a bathtub and a glass front in the bedroom, so you’re waking up to ocean views.

DE • Ein Grund warum wir uns für das Boutique Hotel MIM Mallorca entschieden haben war definitiv das wunderschöne mallorquinische Innendesign. Das Hotel ist ganz neu, hat einen sehr modernen Stil und man fühlt sich doch wie zuhause. Wir hatten eine Suit mit einem großen Badezimmer und einem Wohn/Schlafbereich mit angrenzendem Balkon. Von unserem Sofa und dem Balkon konnten wir das Meer sehen. Generell gibt es in diesem Hotel kleine Zimmer als dieses aber auch noch die große Suite mit Badewanne und Fensterfront sodass man vom Bett aufs offene Meer schauen kann.

Relax and Disconnect

EN • Relax and disconnect –  that was my goal during this vacation and I could not have imagined a better place to do that. The hotel has two pools and a lovely café corner with very good coffee. I can not say much about the food as I am a person that loves to try out many many restaurants. Therefore I tend to avoid pre-booked hotel meals.

DE • Entspannen und abschalten – das war mein Ziel während des Aufenthalts und ich hätte mir keinen besseren Ort dafür vorstellen können. Das Hotel hat zwei Pools und eine super süße Café-Ecke draussen. Außerdem einen SPA-Bereich und ein Fitnessstudio im Keller. Über das Essen kann ich leider nicht viel sagen da ich jemand bin der Hotelmahlzeiten meidet und lieber jeden Tag ein anderes Restaurant ausprobiert.

The highlights

EN • Lets talk about all the highlights! First of all, this hotel is in the front row and has direct access to the sea. It has a stone beach which is perfect for snorkelling. My happy spot was the incredible rooftop. I mean.. look at this ocean view. You can relax in private cabanas with curtains while having a cocktail from the rooftop bar. Also there is a second rooftop with a pool.

DE • Lasst und über die Highlights dieses Hotels sprechen. Das Boutique Hotel MIM Mallorca ist direkt am Meer. Über einen Steinstrand kommt man an das kristallklare Wasser –  ein perfekter Ort zum Schnorcheln. Mein zweiter Lieblingsort in diesem Hotel ist die Dachterrasse mit den Bali-Betten. Hier kann man perfekt mit Meerblick und einem Cocktail in der Hand faulenzen. Außerdem gibt es ein zweites Rooftop mit einem Pool.
