EN • Fall is here and with it the weather got colder. But don’t worry! You can stay warm and be stylish at the same time.  Luckily there is  a huge variety of different coats you can wear to make your outfit pop. I (and many others) especially love checked coats this year.

I got my checked coat from Hallhuber. It has a light purple tone and I love that I can style it both ways – elegant and casual. In this post I talk about the pieces I combined to style my checked coat the elegant way. There’s another post with the casual style coming your way soon!

EN • The checked coat is a statement piece that stands out – so I decided to keep the rest of the outfit in one color only: black. Of course you could also choose nude colours so make this look complete. I listed some pieces below to resemble my look.

DE • Da der kartierte Mantel ziemlich auffällig ist, habe ich mich für den eleganten Look dazu entschieden, den Rest des Outfits möglichst neutral zu halten.
